Easter Lilies and Hydrangeas Order Form

Easter Lily or Hydrangea 

If you would like to order an Easter Lily or Hydrangea in Memory or in Honor of someone, please complete the following form. If you want more than one, please submit the form again. 

The flowers will be placed in the church sanctuary on Easter Sunday.

Orders are due to Yvonne Moore no later than Sunday, March 22, 2026. Please make checks payable to Perseverance Christian Church or pay through our online giving link.

Please use our online giving option below for Easter Lily or Hydrangea orders. Please select the "Easter Decoration" Fund. If you prefer to write a check, please make it out to Perseverance Christian Church and write Easter Lily or Hydrangea on the memo line.
