User Accounts - Being in charge of your data

Deleting your Subsplash account is quick and easy. To start you'll want to navigate to your Account Management page, you can get there three different ways:
 
Using your Church's App

1. Open up any app your Subsplash account is connected to or that you have logged into before.
2. From either the profile menu in the top right-hand corner and log-in to your Subsplash account.
3. Once logged in, head to your profile and select "Edit your profile information"

 
From your Church's giving page

1. Navigate to your church's giving page and select the profile icon on the top right.
2. Log in to your Subsplash account 
3. Once logged in, select the profile icon in the top right again.
4. Select "Edit Profile"

 
From your Church's Web Messaging page

1. From your church's messaging page, select the profile icon on the top right
2. Log in to your Subsplash account
3. Once logged in, select the profile icon in the top right again.
4. Select "Edit Profile"

Once you're at your edit profile page, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and select the red button that says, "Delete Account", and just like that your user account will be deleted.
